Netherlands, November 26, 2013 -Today, IT infrastructures are becoming mission-critical. A single failure of a server or an application can result in loss of revenue. Proactive performance management is critical. When a problem occurs, it is equally important that IT organisations quickly determine where the problem lies and fix them to ensure that downtime is low. As IT organisations adopt virtualisation, thin-client, cloud computing technologies, and additional layers of hardware/software are added to the infrastructure, performance management becomes harder.
This is where eG Innovations’ technologies come in. The company’s performance management software solutions help enterprises accelerate the discovery, diagnosis and resolution of performance issues with their critical IT services, irrespective of whether these services are provided over physical, virtual or cloud infrastructures. eG Innovations’ patented software monitors every layer of ever tier of the infrastructure - from desktops to applications, from network to storage, and from Citrix to VMware - automatically analyses the performance to identify where the real root-cause of any issues lie. IT organisations use eG Innovations solutions to maintain user satisfaction and productivity, to simplify day-to-day IT operations, lower operations costs, and to optimize the usage of their IT infrastructures.
eG Innovations’ award-winning performance monitoring & management solutions are trusted by the world's most demanding companies including CSC, Samsung, and many more. Why the Netherlands and the Hague?
eG Innovations is a global enterprise that is headquartered in Singapore and has sales and support offices around the world. In the last year, eG Innovations has seen significant growth in Europe "The office in The Hague will allow us to support our business throughout continental Europe," said Srinivas Ramanathan, CEO of eG Innovations.
"Several considerations went into why we chose the Hague for our continental European location". "The Netherlands has been an early adopter of new technologies and has a wide install base for some of the key technologies." Proximity to the European markets, being the logistics hub of Europe and the multi-language skills were also key considerations in our decision to set up in the Netherlands. Once we had decided to set up in the Netherlands, the choice of The Hague was an easy one. Many of our customers prospective partners and customers are located here. "The Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) and The WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA) were tremendously helpful in helping us set up in the Hague. They were hands-on partners, helping us in the process of setting up the company. We have set up offices in several countries in the past. "I can safely say that setting up in The Hague was one of our most pleasant experiences" said Anand Sampath CFO eG Innovations.
